"10 Thousand Stitches," is named for the rough estimate of how many individual stitches the artist hand cut into this piece. It is a present meditation on past experiences, the changes we make, the wounds that heal, the ones that don't, and the threads that bind us all together. This is a multi-layered, mixed media, cut & sewn piece on canvas. It has been hand-framed by the artist in natural-oiled spotted black walnut.
